1.2 We reserve the right to add, delete, or adjust specific functions, nodes, line types, and service forms at any time without prior consent from you, but we will try to announce it in advance in the application or on the official website.
2.1 You should be a natural person with full civil capacity or a legal person/organization legally established and effectively existing. If you are under 18 years old, please read and decide whether to use it with your guardian.
2.2 You promise to strictly comply with the laws and regulations, international treaties, industry practices, and public order and good customs of your country or region during the use of this service, and shall not use this service to implement the following behaviors (including but not limited to):
2.3 If any third party makes claims, administrative penalties, or judicial proceedings due to your violation of the above obligations, you shall bear all responsibilities and ensure that we are exempted from any losses or expenses.
3.1 Some functions may require you to register an account. Registration information should be true, accurate, and complete. If changes occur, please update them in time.
3.2 You should properly keep your account, password, and any authentication methods. Losses caused by your active disclosure, authorization to others, or device implantation of Trojans shall be borne by yourself.
3.3 If you find any unauthorized use or other security vulnerabilities, it is recommended that you immediately inform us through customer service channels. We will try our best to assist but assume no responsibility for the consequences that have occurred.
4.1 Except for the technical data necessary to establish an acceleration channel (such as IP address, connection timestamp, selected node, protocol type, and traffic usage), we will not actively collect your personal information such as name, phone number, address, identity identification, browsing details, and communication content.
4.2 The above technical data is only used to ensure connection stability, troubleshoot faults, analyze performance, and improve overall service quality. It will not be shared with any third party or used for marketing, profiling, advertising recommendations, etc., except in the following circumstances:
4.3 We use industry-standard or higher-level encryption technologies such as TLS 1.3 and AES-256 to protect the transmission process; for locally stored logs or temporary data, we regularly perform secure deletion or anonymization.

5.1 We are committed to providing a continuous, stable, and efficient network acceleration experience. However, due to factors such as basic operators, international links, target servers, user local networks, and force majeure, we do not guarantee that the service will be 100% uninterrupted, without delay, or without packet loss.
5.2 For system upgrades, equipment maintenance, computer room migration, or other reasonable purposes, we may temporarily interrupt all or part of the service with advance notice or in emergency situations. We shall not be liable for any inconvenience or losses that may be caused.
5.3 If node failure, line congestion, or abnormal traffic occurs, we reserve the right to automatically switch, limit speed, or suspend lines without notice to ensure overall network health.
6.1 All technologies, software, interface designs, text, images, audio, video, trademarks, and trade dress contained in this service are owned by us or relevant rights holders and are protected by copyright law, trademark law, patent law, and other international intellectual property treaties.
6.2 Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, rent, distribute, reprint, compile, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, crawl, or create derivative works in any form. We reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility for unauthorized use.
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages caused by the following reasons:
8.1 According to business development, changes in laws and regulations, or operational adjustments, we have the right to revise this agreement at any time and publish it through in-app announcements, official website notices, or pop-up prompts without separate notice. The revised agreement takes effect upon publication, and your continued use of the service is deemed acceptance of the revised content.
8.2 If you do not agree with the revised content, you can immediately stop using and uninstall the relevant software; if you continue to connect or use, you are deemed to agree to be bound by the revised agreement.
8.3 If you violate this agreement, we have the right to suspend or terminate all or part of the service to you and reserve the right to pursue legal responsibility; after the agreement is terminated, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations or agreed in writing by both parties, we have no obligation to continue to save or disclose any of your data.

10.3 If any term of this agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it does not affect the validity of other terms; invalid terms should be interpreted or replaced to the maximum extent legally and feasibly to achieve the purpose of the original terms.
10.4 Our failure or delay in exercising any rights, remedies, or powers under this agreement does not constitute a waiver of such rights, remedies, or powers; partial exercise does not hinder further or other exercises.
